Wedding Packages
Bogle Farms has three options for Bridal Parties which are listed below. We will collaborate with you to be as flexible as possible to customize our plans to meet your needs. The all inclusive package is based upon the availability of our vendor team and can vary slightly if we have to substitute providers. Whichever package you choose, our staff will make your day well-planned and easy. We typically have 5-7 trained people working the day of your wedding
Option #1:
I Just Want to have A Great Wedding!
All Inclusive Wedding Weekend Package
This wedding package is for those couples who say, “we just want to have a wedding” and trust our team of professionals to handle most of the details. But, don’t worry! You will have unlimited input and choices reflecting your personal preferences and style to make this the day that you have dreamt about!
The package below is based upon 125 people but can be customized for smaller or larger weddings. This package includes all the items and amenities listed below:
Use of all venues (Britney’s Barn, Ava’s Garden, Meadows, Fireplace Pavilion, Great Lawn)
Use of all accommodations (10, K/Q, beds in Garden Cottage + 3 Sisters Cabins) for 2 nights
Bed linens and towels for all housing
Use of all farm amenities: pool area, fireplace pavilion, Britney’s Barn,
Parking attendants for day of ceremony
Use of professional mixing board and sound system
Floral Package* (see assumptions below)
Non alcoholic beverages (welcome to BYOB!)
Full Wedding Coordination and Planning including Day Of
Linens for Reception
Professional DJ/Master of Ceremonies
Professional Photographer (up to 8 hours)
Wedding Officiant
*Floral package includes One Bridal Bouquet, Five Bridesmaids Bouquet, Mother Corsage, Grandparents Florals, Ten Boutonnieres, Grand Arbor, Ten Centerpieces
Price: $24,500
Plus costs of catering ($20-$40/pp depending upon menu)
Option #2:
I Want to be Heavily Involved in the Details and Planning
This package is for bridal parties who want to select all their own vendors, be heavily involved in the detailed planning of all your wedding-related events, manage your budget and use the farm for our various facilities.
Use of all venues (Britney’s Barn, Ava’s Garden, Meadows, Restrooms, Fireplace Pavilion, Great Lawn)
Use of all accommodations (10, K/Q, beds in Garden Cottage + 3 Sisters Cabins) for 2 nights
Initial consultation with our Senior Wedding Planning Coordinator
Parking attendants (as needed)
Bed linens and towels for all housing
Linens for reception
Adequate 'Day-Of” staffing for setup/breakdown (5-7 people)
Exclusive use of all farm amenities: pool area, fireplace pavilion, Britney’s Barn,
Parking attendants for day of ceremony
Use of professional mixing board and sound system
Pricing Plan:
For up to 125 Guests —Custom pricing can be provided for 125+ guests
$9500.00 Plus taxes
Option #3:
I Just Want to Use the Farm to Get Married
This option is for a Single Day event when no one in your party stays at the Farm overnight. The Farm will be available for 12 hours for your exclusive use (9:30A-9:30p).
Use of venues (Britney’s Barn, Meadows, Fireplace Pavilion, Great Lawn)
Use of 1 Cabin for Brides Dressing Area (extra cabins if avail for $175 each)
Use of Restrooms
Initial consultation with Senior Wedding Coordinator and Planner
Tables & Chairs for ceremony and reception
Use of professional mixing board and sound system
Parking and (if needed) attendants
Use of Farm for 2 hours for rehearsal during the week prior to wedding
Price: $5200.00 for up to 125 Guests.
