Event Pricing


Bogle Farm is a 'Farm Destination" site that uniquely offers both spectacular venues for weddings and events as well as on-site housing for up to 20 adult guests all conveniently located on property.  The pricing below assumes that guests will utilize the available housing as well as their choice of our venues.  Unlike many venues this pricing is not for a few hours use of a single facility or area but the entire and exclusive use of our Farm for at least three days and two nights.  Our strong recommendation is that bridal parties book for three nights (typically arriving Thursday) so adequate time is available for decorations, rehearsals, and preparations for your special day.  

We offer two package options depending upon the level of involvement a couple wants to devote to their wedding weekend in terms of choosing all the vendors, planning etc.

Whether you want to be intimately involved in planning your entire weekend and coordinating with all the vendors, personally making major and minor decisions, OR if you “just want to get married!”, and have some options but basically work with a team of professionals. See below for details. 

OPTION I:    “I Have Lots of Ideas and Want to Plan My Wedding”!    

>Accommodations for approximately 20 adult family & friends for two (minimum) nights in the Garden Cottage and 3 Sisters Cabins and Pool Area (10 King/Queen Size beds in 10 separate rooms)  additional nights available; (Additional guests over 20 adults will be charged $25 per night, per guest up to 25 total adults staying overnight);

>All linens,  amenities, bath towels and pool towels provided;

>Use of the Ava’s Garden, Britney’s Barn, The Great Lawn and Fireplace Pavilion for wedding related events and ceremony;

>Tables & Chairs for your guests (church pews and additional tables and chairs available)

>“Real” Restrooms in adjacent Outhouse Pavilion

>Barn Lighting, Interior and Exterior

>PA System with 2/1,000 Watt Powered Speakers and 8 Channel Mixing Board

>Designated Parking Area for guests and loading/unloading area for caterer, florists, etc.

>Pre-Approved Vendor Recommendations

>Use of our 1955 Red Chevrolet Pick-up Truck

>Complete Set-Up and Cleanup and rubbish disposal after the ceremony


$5500.00 including taxes plus a Damage Deposit of $1000.00 for up to 125  people in attendance. 

$6000.00 including taxes plus a Damage Deposit of $1000 for up to 175 people in attendance.

$6500.00 including taxes plus a Damage Deposit of $1000 for up to 225 people in attendance.

OPTION II:    “I Just Want to Get Married!” 

A Turn-Key Wedding Package Deal   

We have worked with some of our favorite vendors to assemble a “turn-key” wedding package that includes you having options on colors, food, cakes, floral decorations, but we will take care of professionally coordinating the entire wedding and the basic vendors including:  catering, floral, photography, set-up, etc.  With this option and a minimum of 100 guests, you will have many choices but we will handle many of the time consuming chores of vendor selection, coordination and enable you to totally enjoy your weekend! 


Based upon 100 attendees, this package includes all of the above (accommodations, venues, tables, chairs, PA system, coordination) PLUS for an additional $80.00 per attendee includes the following:  

>Wedding Cake & Groom’s Cake or Handcrafted Cup Cakes

>Reception set-up, table linens, table decoration, reception food, serving pieces, photographer, Full Wedding Coordination and Planning,

>Floral Package Including: This inclusive package offers:

1 bridal bouquet

5 bridesmaid bouquets

5 boutonnieres

3 large centerpieces OR running garland for the head table

5 medium centerpieces for guest tables

60 bud vases for guest tables

Complimentary cake flowers

All florals will be seasonal and within the desired color palette.

>Food and non-alcoholic beverage service for your reception with your choice of entrée’s and sides;

>Professional Photographer for 4 hours; albums etc., optional;

>Professional Coordination Services throughout the process of planning and “day-of” coordination and oversight;


Optional Amenities Offered

Large Bonfire (we build, light and maintain a giant celebration bonfire)  $150.00


*Wedding Lantern Road (we light the road to the cabin and ceremony areas with black lanterns,  $125.00


*S’Mores in the Fireplace (we build and light a fire in the massive stone fireplace on the open pavilion and provide S’mores for your group.  Pricing depends upon size of group


For Smaller Events and Weddings or "One Day Options" 

If you are planning a smaller event or wedding (less than 50 people) Bogle Farm can customize a more intimate wedding package that meets your specific needs.  We also occasionally offer a One Day rental option with in/out on same day, if guests prefer to not stay overnight.  Please contact us regarding options and pricing.


We have accommodated groups as large as 450 and can arrange larger events if requested.


Nightly Rates (Family Reunions, etc.)

Nightly rates vary from $650-$850 per night depending upon season, plus 9% taxes (we charge a 20% premium for major holidays)

January 5- Mar 15      $700.00       Mar 16-May 25    $750.00              May 26- Jan 4   $850.00

$400 cleaning fee (per stay, not per night)

$500 refundable security deposit except for Weddings which is $1000
